In this module, an introduction to the course will be provided. This includes important information regarding the course content & learning objectives, duration, assessment methodology & how to successfully complete the course.
Module 1 - Introduction to FSSC
In this module, we will cover the role of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), the history of FSSC, the FSSC Global Market Programs, the FSSC 22000-Q Scheme, the elements and scope of the FSSC 22000 Scheme.
Module 2 - Food Defense and Food Fraud Prevention
In this module we will explore the requirements for conducting a threat and vulnerability assessment.
Module 3 - Allergen management and Environmental Monitoring
In this module we will explore the requirements related to the management of allergens and for environmental monitoring.
Module 4 FSSC 22000 other requirements
In this module we will explore the requirements related to management of services, product labeling, logo use, formulation of products and management of natural resources.
