Breda's pre-exam tips were excellent and the course handbook was invaluable. If I would change one thing, it would be for the printed version of the handbook to have a larger font.

In my opinion both, the content and the presentation of the course is really good. I think that the combination of videos and handbook is a brilliant idea. Having flexibility to do it when it suits you best is perfect. However, from my point of view, it was a bit too long. Congratulations for the design of the training, great work!

I would advise anyone doing the online element of the course to do some when there are no distractions -as it can be hard to stay engaged if phones and emails are coming in as you are trying to focus on the material. The class room learning was well organised and presentator were knowledable and very helpful.

Training experience was very effective. The online training was very informative and with the detail required to respond to the end of module assessment and overall assessment, it forced to me to focus more attentively to each section. The online training provided for sufficient knowledge to allow for successful demonstration of same. The practice session was excellent, putting the skills into practice and reinforcing the importance of having a thorough knowledge of the Standard when engaging in ISO:9001:2015 audits.

Very professional, helpful, attentive personnel. The communication, guidance and advice from Breda and Eoin from the offset was excellent. The emails were clear concise and informative. There were very good instructions & communications with regard to accessing the training modules, completing the training both online and in the classroom and for evaluating the training. You know what to do, how to do it and the help is there when you need it. The online course is informative, interactive, maintains your interest I think blended training is excellent as the trainee can allocate time within their own work schedule to complete the online training and work at their own pace and to their ability. The classroom training further enhanced the training by building on and applying the learning accomplished from the online training. In terms of training I found this blended training course very practical, useful and beneficial.

The short duration of the course made it ideal for online learning, enabling learners to 'dip in' as and when they are free. Course content was at the correct level and narration clear, but I would suggest greater emphasis on learners becoming familar with the requirements prior to taking the exam. Course communication was excellent and minor technical glitches were rectified swiftly and apologetically. This was a great course! I started knowing nothing about ISO 9001:2015. It was so interesting my only recommendations would be to have a list of all the clauses added to your document section. I had to keep flicking through my notes and thought it would be nice to have them a click away. Also, a few video-based scenarios would be great for learning.
